How to do Balayam Yoga ( Nail Rubbing Yoga Exercise ) for thick, strong, black hair & hair regrowth

After knowing the history and amazing benefits of Balayam, now you might want to know the correct way of doing Balayam Yoga ( Nail Rubbing Yoga Exercise ). Then here is a video of clear explanation of Balayam Yoga ( Nail Rubbing Yoga Exercise ) by Swami Baba Ramdev Ji in Hindi language ( India's national language ).

In the video, Swami Baba Ramdev Ji clearly explains us the "do's" and "don't s" while performing Balayam. You should rub your finger nails vigorously as explained by Swami Baba Ramdev for better results. And remember, never rub your thumb nails if you are a girl. Because rubbing thumb nails leads to moustache and beard growth. This is only to those boys and men who need facial hair. So for strong, long, smooth and thick hair, do Balayam with only other four fingers leaving the thumb finger. Though everyone know this, I am mentioning this as a caution because it looks really ugly if a girl get's beard and moustache by unknowingly rubbing the thumb nails.

And don't forget to rub them vigorously, I mean too strong. Because you should rub enough good so that the nerves under the nail in the nail bed gets good amount friction. Because the nerves under the nail have connection to the scalp, friction generated by the nails help in stimulating flow of blood to scalp and also helps in pumping of oxygen to scalp well. So, the results of hair growth depends on the amount of force you apply while rubbing the nails.

And one more thing, many people do mistake by rubbing their fingers instead of nails. So remember, rubbing tour fingers for years is not going to make your hair strong but rubbing your finger nails make them strong.

Here is an another video of how to do Balayam yoga asana correctly with good explanation in English language. Have a look.

How much time should I do Balayam Yoga ( Nail Rubbing Yoga Exercise )

This depends on how fast you need the results. The more you spend time, the faster you get the results. Yes, it all depends on you. But basically many yoga gurus like Baba Ramdev and Acharya Balkrishna ji suggest people to practice Balayam for at least 5 to 10 minutes once in the morning and evening. Of course, you can take break for every 5 minutes because your fingers get pain if you continuously do it. Some way collectively you need to do it for around 15 minutes a day. This is the best time count for better and faster results. Of course you can also do it for 20 minutes or 30 minutes daily if your hair problem is not too serious.

When should I do Balayam Yoga ( Nail Rubbing Yoga Exercise )
